We are excited to partner with MadCAAP in adopting children living in poverty to help make their Christmas EXTRA-special!

There are 600 children who will be touched through this program. Before being added, their parents attend 12 hours of educational courses.

If you would like to adopt one or more children, email MadCAAP at this link and tell them that you want to adopt a child for Christmas. Please do this as quickly as possible, so they can make sure all the children are taken care of.

They will pair you with a child and give a Christmas list from the children. In addition to providing 3-4 gifts, they urge us to give them something warm to wear, new socks, and underwear. Most people spend around $125.00 per child (but that’s not mandatory).

You will wrap the gifts, label them with the child’s name, and box or bag them together with the mother’s name on a label. This helps keep everything organized.

Gifts need to be dropped of no later than noon on December 20. Drop off times will be Friday, Dec. 15 (9-4 p.m.); Saturday, Dec. 16 (9-4 p.m.); Monday, Dec. 18 (11-4 p.m.); Tuesday, Dec. 19 (9-4 p.m.); and Wednesday, Dec. 20 (9-12 p.m.).
